Our new Chorus Connect Offer makes it easy for you to partner with us to grow your fibre connections. From 2 July through to 31 December 2018 we’re supporting you to get more Kiwis onto premium fibre services.

What’s happening

We want to get Kiwis on to the best possible premium fibre service and our Chorus Connect offer will help us achieve this. Having taken on board your feedback following our consultation from this and previous offers, the Chorus Connect Offer is simpler in its application, more reliable with migration support and covers our complete fibre footprint.

You will receive a credit for each new connection, upgrade, transfer with an upgrade and fibre intact with every order you submit which meet the criteria. To see the plans and business rules for this offer please see the Offer Letter.

The key criteria for the Chorus Connect Offer include:

• Orders received within the offer period of 2 July to 31 December 2018 will be eligible and paid on service given.
• Connections must be service given by 30 June 2019.
• New connections to a Bitstream 2 and Bitstream 3/3a may receive up to $200 credit contribution.
• Upgrades, transfers with an upgrade, and intact addresses may receive up to $150 credit contribution.
• Eligible connections must meet the offer criteria that is detailed in the offer letter.
• A pro rata repayment period of up to 12 months from the date of service given will apply for disconnections or downgrades.
• Support is available when required to upgrade customers to fibre connection or a higher bandwidth plan.
• Please note as BAU any fibre upgrades to higher value plans do not incur the $1.98 charge.

The offer period will be valid from 2 July until 31 of December 2018.

We’ve also just launched some new initiatives under our Market Development Fund (MDF). One of these initiatives could provide you with financial support to promote fibre in conjunction with this offer.
