Chorus' expenditure proposal for our second regulatory period has been published. This is our best view of what we need to invest to deliver fibre services that meet the needs of you, end-users and stakeholders over the coming years.  

The expenditure proposal is just that – a proposal to make investments that we believe will benefit fibre users. It is subject to approval by the Commerce Commission.

Thank you to those who participated in our proposal development and gave us feedback on the investment options and priorities – your input was invaluable in shaping our proposal.
