On 1 October 2025, we’ll launch the new Service Providers website. All users will be required to log in with a Chorus managed account, and old URLs will automatically redirect to the new site. Learn more.

Assurance website March update

As recently announced, we planned to release an enhancement drop for our Assurance website on Thursday 26 March.

Unfortunately, due to some issues discovered during testing, we will no longer be able to meet this deployment date. 

We will let you know as soon as possible once we can confirm a new date.

Three additional enhancements will be delivered with this deployment:

  1. Additional copper testing
  2. Test and fault history
  3. A refinement of the way we classify fault types to better direct faults to the correct resolver group.
