As we recently announced, we had to delay the release of our enhancement drop for our Assurance website initially scheduled on Thursday 26 March.

We now have a new confirmed date for this release on the evening of Tuesday 12 May. You should not be expecting any outage when this enhancement is deployed.

This is the final enhancement delivery and concludes the Assurance website project.

We would like to thank all retail service providers for their input and collaboration to bring a new way of performing Assurance with Chorus. 

Three enhancements will be delivered with this deployment:

1. Additional copper testing
2. Test and fault history
3. A refinement of the way we classify fault types to better direct faults to the correct resolver group.
