How it works
Performance
Our PONFAS services are defined within the PONFAS Service Description.
The service performance of the PONFAS service is defined in the PONFAS Service Level Terms. Any network tests are conducted in isolation from your wiring and equipment beyond the MOFDF as well as your customer’s premises wiring and equipment beyond the ITP.
PONFAS supports any voice, data or internet application within the physical constraints of the PONFAS distribution and feeder fibres. The service performance will also depend on the configuration of your equipment, network and backhaul arrangement.
Availability
PONFAS is available in Chorus UFB1 network of central offices. Please note that PONFAS won't be available in UFB2 areas until 2026.
