Provisioning targets (Fulfil)

Each installation must be completed on the date accepted by the service provider via Chorus CCS ordering process

Faults management targets (Assure)

Fault report receipt acknowledgement – 30 minutes

 

Notification of expected restoration time – 4 hours

 

Fault restoration – by 7pm of the day following the day on which downtime is reported to Chorus

 

Notification of completion of service restoration – 4 hours

Outages

Planned outage - at least business 5 days’ notice

 

Unplanned outage - 2 hours after event
