Withdrawal of Order Tracker web app

In April 2018 we withdrew Install Support  but Order Tracker, one of its components, continued to be available. As part of our focus on simplifying your digital experience we are consolidating tools and will be withdrawing the Order Tracker web app in November 2020.

This update provides a 12 month notice of the withdrawal of the Order Tracker web app.

 

What’s the details

In April 2016 we launched ‘Install Support and Order Tracker’. The Order Tracker was one of our first digital apps to market and supported our install support process helping your customers feel informed and in control across the fibre install process. More than three years on and most of you have created customised tools using Chorus B2B integration to provide your customers with access to this information.

Chorus Order Tracker web app will remain available and supported until it is officially decommissioned on 1 November 2020 or 20 days after the last user has migrated off the tool.
