From 1 February 2017, our installation forms with updated End User Terms (EUTs) come into effect. We’ve made it easier for your customers to understand, and cleared up the obligations for all involved.

What's happening?

We’ve been working on implementing improvements to our EUTs over the past few months. We’re now ready to implement our updated fibre installation forms / standard EUTs.

What's the detail?

Just to let you know, the installation form with updated EUTs was agreed to at the TCF product forum. Don’t worry. We don’t expect this change to require any action by you. Should you have these EUTs on your website however, they’d need updating.
