On 8 May we’re releasing a number of enhancements in to the Chorus Portal, with one change.

What's happening?

Informer 350 (Fibre Fulfilment release) outlined the enhancements we’ve planned for the Chorus Portal on 8 May 2016.

One of the items from this release hasn’t met the necessary standards to move to launch so we’ve opted to remove it.

What's the detail?

The item reduce order lead times would have allowed you to schedule NGA orders that do not require a truck roll with a 4 hour lead time for completion. We weren’t able to satisfactorily complete testing for this item and have decided to withdraw it from the release until we are confident that it will give you a great experience.

We’re working hard to resolve the issue and will advise you of a new deployment date as soon as we’re happy with the testing.

In the meantime, you’ll still be able to schedule activation for NGA orders that do not require a truck roll between 06:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
