“Take back your time and transform your home” – PR launch supporting Fibre-in-a-day phase 1
From Monday 5 November our PR campaign launches to raise awareness about the changes to the installation process, making it easier for some customers to connect
to fibre.
Our activity is focussed on:
- Driving awareness of the new service improvements for fibre installations, to encourage as many kiwis as possible to consider fibre.
- Create positive sentiment around the time you need to be at home
- Ensuring the message about service improvements is given context (Chorus part of the process)
and clear expectations are set to support a good customer experience.

- Features on the AM Show
- Social content
- Competitions
- Blog posts
- Dedicated website
