UCLL and SLU are legacy copper services that no longer meets the needs of customers and are in material decline.

What’s happening

From 1 February 2021 we will no longer accept requests for new UCLL and sub-loop connections, including where the end user wishes to move premises. There is no change to existing connections.

Next steps

With UCLL and Sub-Loop no longer available for new connections you should be looking at alternative options, such as fibre where it is available or ADSL/VDSL where it is not.
