Off the back of recent product consultation with the industry, we have listened to your needs and in August 2019, we plan to launch a new business fibre product called Small Business Fibre, designed to better meet the needs of your SME customers at a competitive price point.

We know that fast restoration of service is important to New Zealand businesses, regardless of their size. We also know that launching new products into your offerings takes time to implement, so we wanted to give you early notification of our expected timelines for launching.

Small Business Fibre will be a new product that includes features similar to Bitstream 2 – but with a business restore service level agreement similar to Bitstream 3/a.

Full pricing details will be made available in late March with the aim to launch this new product in August 2019. Watch the space as we will also be consulting you on an attractive incentive programme to support you in Small Business Fibre onboarding and launch in the market.
