In May we sought your feedback on a proposed new incentive. The consultation ended 27 May 2022, and we are now able to confirm the outcome and next steps.

What’s happening?

We have today confirmed that from 1 October 2022, the wholesale price of our standard Fibre 50Mbps plan will increase by 6.9% as part of our fibre price changes. To enable you to provide these customers with better value, we are offering a short-term upgrade incentive. This will be a $60 upfront credit for each connection upgraded to Fibre 300. 

What are the details?

You will receive a $60 credit for each eligible connection during the offer period until 31 December 2022.

Credits are only available for:

1. Connections moving from the Home Fibre 50 plan (providing 50/10 speeds) “Fibre 50” (Home Fibre Starter 50 is excluded) to our Evolve 300/100 plan (“Fibre 300”).
2. Orders received between 1 October and 31 December 2022.

Other terms:

1. The $60 credit will be paid after the change has taken effect 
2. There is a 12-month clawback
