From 4 May 2016 we’re launching the ability to provide additional services to your customers via Next Generation Access (NGA) secondary offers.

What's happening?

From 4 May 2016 we’re launching the ability to apply NGA secondary offers in our UFB zones. These offers use the additional UNI and ATA ports on the ONT, where a primary service already exists.

Secondary offers are only available to order via the Chorus Portal.

What's the detail?

Following a successful trial period we’re now launching our NGA secondary offers as part of the UFB family of services.

Secondary offers utilise spare ports on the ONT and can only be provided if there is an existing, eligible primary offer on the ONT. If this primary offer is removed then the secondary offer must be removed or changed (promoted) to a primary offer.

Please note: you cannot use these spare ports for additional primary offers on the same ONT.
