On 7 and 8 December 2022, our teams will come together for our End of Year event. 

We aim to give all Chorus employees the opportunity to attend the event and there will be reduced staff in our Provisioning and Assure teams on both days from 2.00pm – 5.00pm. We will be closing our Fibre Provisioning general inquiry phone queue – 0800 729 005 during this short window. 

While we are working with a reduced workforce we will reply to your emails and interactions in Portal and Wireline as normal. If you experience some delays, we respectfully ask for your patience and support. Our standard BAU escalation channels will be available and please continue to use the appropriate escalation matrix.
