In June we provided notice for the change to take effect on 19 November 2023. We have been informed this is a significant breaking change for certain Service Providers, therefore we will defer this to ensure the change can be adopted. We will now be implementing the changes in our February 2024 release. 

We will bundle multiple changes into a single release to minimise impact to providers. More information on the technical details, including a firm date for the February 2024 release, will be communicated in the coming months. Please consider this as six months’ notice for this change.
