On 6 November 2024 we announced our intention to turn off copper pre order tools in Wireline. After receiving feedback, we are extending the withdrawal date to allow time to prepare.

In recognition of the feedback received, we have decided to delay the closedown of Wireline preorder tools until 30 May 2025. This will allow the affected RSPs more time to make the required system/B2B changes.    

The closure of Service Performance Management (SPM) tool will proceed as planned on 7 February 2025 as all SPM testing functionality is already available via the Chorus Assurance website and APIs.
