We announced in April, that plan changes and remapping of existing NGA services (where no site visit is required) would incur a $6.94 fee from 24 July 2017. Many of you raised concerns around this charge and its associated impact.

We took your feedback on board. After re-examining our cost structure, you’ll be pleased to know that we’ll charge $1.98 per transaction. This is effective from 24 July 2017.
