New charges for NGA changes

Our current contract has a charge for plan changes and remapping of existing NGA services (where no site visit is required). The charge has a price cap of a month’s rental. You may not have been aware of it, as we’ve been absorbing this cost since 2011.

From 24 July 2017, we’ll start applying a $6.94 charge per transaction. We wanted to give you at least 60 business days’ notice, before it starts applying.
