New offer to support large apartment buildings
Informer 364: 17 May 2016
We’re introducing a new offer that will improve the consumer fibre installation experience for your customers in targeted apartment buildings or multiple dwelling units (MDUs).
What's happening?
Across New Zealand there are 50,000 tenancies in MDUs that are fibre ready, but you’ve told us that managing the experience for these connections can be difficult when you try to manage multiple connections to a building.
As a result, from 13 June 2016 we’ll be offering additional support for orders through the installation process to ensure a better customer experience via the new MDU – Bulk Service Request offer. Some conditions apply.
What's the detail?
From 13 June 2016 until 30 June 2017, the new MDU – Bulk Service Request offer will provide extra support with the end-to-end installation process. It includes dedicated resource from both our Manged Provisioning team and UCG, our MDU-dedicated installation specialists, at no charge.
From the launch date we’ll load a list of high propensity MDU sites onto the Offer page of our website. Within this list we’ll flag those ‘preferred addresses’ with straight forward connections that you can target as part of this offer.
Orders must meet the following criteria:
- All orders are for NGA Bitstream Services
- Orders are at a ‘preferred address’ on the list provided
- There are a minimum of 10 orders per site requested.
Once you’ve met the above criteria our Managed Provisioning representative will work with you to arrange when and how to place the order.
How do I sign up?
The offer letter is available on the Offer page of our website. Contact your Account Manager for an executable copy. Once you’ve signed and returned the offer letter and we’ll meet with you to discuss the Managed Provisioning service.
Who should I contact?
There are more details of the offer, a copy of the offer letter and an MDU list with ‘preferred addresses’ flagged on our website.
If you would like to discuss the offer in more detail please contact your Account Manager.
