New digital tools now available on the Service Provider website

What’s happening

 
New online training module

As announced recently, the Chorus online training platform is now available. This training module is designed for the service provider community and aims to help you get to know Chorus products, processes and tools. We’ll also develop quick tips using bite-sized videos for your customer facing teams. It’s just the beginning so stay tuned for the release of more training content.

The details 

The training module will cover four areas:

  1. Quick tips: you’ll find bite-sized videos giving quick tips about products, fibre installation and how to optimise broadband use.
  2. Online training: this area is dedicated to e-learning about our products, new tools and processes. 
  3. Classroom training: you’ll have the opportunity to book classroom training depending on training modules available. You’ll find a detailed form with the courses available. You’ll just have to complete it and our training consultant will get in touch with you. 
  4. Fibre Lab: in this area, you’ll get more information about the tours we offer. We’ll also add the events that are coming up at the lab.
New online business products comparison tool 

During last year’s Broadband Checker Business workshop, you told us that it would be very useful if we could digitalise the existing business product comparison spreadsheet

This new tool is now available and allows you to easily compare all Chorus business products online. It is accessible via the Broadband Checker Business - retail service provider view and the service provider website.
