New colocation relinquishment rate card trial
In November 2018 we made rate card pricing available on a trial basis for UCLL Colocation and Exchange Space Colocation relinquishments. This was to provide you with up-front cost certainty, allowing you to more effectively budget for your colocation relinquishment activity, and helping to improve order processing times.
Based on the findings from the current trial, which terminates on 1 November 2019, we are making a new trial agreement available to continue to provide you with access to rate card pricing. The new rate card includes improved pricing which reflects efficiencies identified as a result of the initial trial.
What’s changing
Our goal is to continue to provide price certainty for the most common items and activities required during the relinquishment of your colocation space. As the current trial terminates on 1 November, to support this goal, we’re making a new trial agreement available from 15 October 2019.

The new trial is being offered for 6 months while we continue to further assess the improved process and pricing. To take advantage of the new rate card you’ll need to sign up to the new trial agreement.
