5 November - VDSL band plan change

We are gave you notice of the updated UCLL Interference Management Plan that forms part of the UCLL Standard Terms Determination (STD). This update allows for a change to the VDSL band plan from 997 to 998ADE. View the full Informer here

5 November - Launch of Phase 3 improvements for Better Business service wrap

Following the successful launch of Phase 1 and 2 of our Better Business service wrap, we announced the launch of Phase 3 improvements; including proactive management of the end to end provisioning process and coordination of orders for network rollouts. View the full Informer here

10 November - Managed Provisioning tiered rate card

To deliver you price certainty as you scope complex or large customer implementation, or are responding to a customer bid, we introduced a new tiered rate card for Managed Provisioning. View the full informer here.

12 November - Chorus Portal B2B update

16 November - Increasing the scope of our rate card for fibre services

23 November - Baseband final contract is now available

25 November - Updating broadband pre-qualification outcomes

As part of our drive to bring New Zealand Better Broadband we’re making changes to our UBA pre-qualification to suggest Ethernet based EUBA0 as the primary offer, instead of ATM based BUBA. View the full Informer here.
