From 14 December there will be one number to call for all provisioning queries - 0800 729 005.

What's happening?

We want to make sure that it’s easy for you to contact our provisioning team, so from 14 December you will only need to call one number for all provisioning queries – 0800 729 005.

What's the detail?

We have number of provisioning contact numbers that all terminate at the same provisioning team, but are barely used. On 14 December we will be closing the following numbers and adding an IVR message to remind you of the new 0800 number:
