The first of two application rounds is now closed for our latest Market Development Fund (MDF) round.

We had a total of $700,000 available to support fibre marketing and $100,000 to support VDSL marketing. The remainder of these funds will be made available in our second application round running 07 January – 01 February 2019.

When the funding round re-opens in January, We’ll be accepting applications on a first-in-first-served basis. A notification will be sent to you if the funding runs out prior to the end of the application round.

The criteria for the found remains the same:

We will match dollar-for-dollar on media in Chorus fibre and VDSL areas up to a maximum of $70,000 per service provider, for advertising between 14 January and 28 April 2019.

You can apply for a contribution of up to:

• $70,000 to assist you with marketing fibre plans (100mbps or above) or business fibre plans in Chorus fibre areas; and
• $30,000 to assist you with marketing VDSL plans in Chorus VDSL areas (where Chorus fibre is not available).
