Launching the new Chorus app

From 18 April your customers will be able to track the status of their fibre installation in real time using the Chorus app.

What's happening?

We know from our research that keeping consumers informed and feeling in control during the fibre installation will improve the overall experience; that’s why we’ve been developing tools, like the Chorus app – a new application that allows your customers to track the progress of their fibre order in real time.

What's the detail?

If you’ve signed up to Install Support your customers will now be able to track the progress of their fibre connection via a web app – https://app.chorus.co.nz

We’ve created a short 90 second video to take you through the features of the Chorus app. You’re welcome to share this with your internal teams.

The Chorus app gives your customers more information on each step of the process and in the future they will also be able to reschedule appointments and update their details themselves, without having to call Install Support.

It’s all about giving consumers more control over their installation experience.
