It's time we're a Gignation
Good news. We’re adding gig speed plans on 1 October 2016.
What's happening?
We’ve learnt a lot about demand and technical viability over the past two years from the 5000+ people we've connected in Gigcity, Dunedin. And since Kiwis are now consuming more data than ever before we think it's the right time to take our gig speed plans nationwide on 1 October 2016.
What's the detail?
We’re launching nationwide with the following two plans:

*Introductory pricing until 30 June 2017. The price will increase to $65 from 1 July 2017.
We’ll be promoting these plans from October and will provide you more details closer to the launch.
We’re also working closely with Crown Fibre Holdings for approval of the updated Reference Offer. We’ll launch the plans as a trial if we don't have their approval before the end of September.
Please note:
- With download speeds of up to 1 Gbps on the Chorus network, these plans are the top of our range. 1 Gbps is the maximum speed on the port. Consumers will experience speeds slightly less
