We are growing our network capacity to ensure it remains congestion free during the Rugby World Cup 2019™ and beyond.

To ensure we continue to deliver a quality experience to customers, we are also expanding the availability to Handovers at additional exchanges across the country.
 

What’s changing

We are adding new Handover capacity at additional exchanges across the country. These new Handover sites inherit the attributes of the existing exchange, including the coverage area, and any tail extension pricing remains the same. For example, if you take a Handover at one of our new alternative exchanges any associated tail extension pricing will be the same as if you were taking a Handover at the existing exchange.

Our ordering systems will be updated to allow you to place Handover orders at these new exchanges as they become available. Alternative Exchange Sites showing as “Yes” in the tables below will be available for ordering in Wireline from 15th April.

There is no change to the existing Handover pricing, feasibility and order process.
