Earlier this month we formally notified you of price adjustments for our fibre portfolio which will take effect on 1 October 2022. This included price adjustments for our regulated services (broadband anchor service, voice anchor service and LUDFAS) and the Fibre 300 plan which we have committed to linking to the price of the broadband anchor service. We notified that those services would increase on 1 October 2022 by either 5.49% or the June 2022 CPI rate if that rate was lower.   

On 18 July 2022, Statistics New Zealand confirmed the consumers price index (CPI) annual percentage rate of change for June 2022 was +7.3%.

In light of this announcement, this informer is simply to confirm that the applicable increase for these services will be 5.49% as we originally notified. All other price adjustments previously notified also remain unchanged.
