In August we announced a new rate card for fibre services in the former Blue Zone within other LFC areas. We’re now expanding it into more areas. 

What’s happening?

As part of our Better Business service wrap we want to provide you with more price certainty upfront when you’re talking to your customers about the costs of fibre.

We simplified the quoting process by introducing a rate card for the former Blue Zone within other LFC areas. We’re now expanding this as an option to the installation costs of business fibre services in our UFB areas, which are planned for future build, but not yet built.

What’s the detail?

You now have access to the same rate card prices as announced in August when you request a HSNS Premium, HSNS Lite Fibre, BFAS or vDFAS fibre service for an address in our UFB planned areas. There is no change to current pricing for any other areas.

The current time and material or POA prices will also remain available. If you would prefer this pricing, please note it in the comments field of the feasibility request.

The relevant online calculators, collateral and a summary of the HSNS Premium, HSNS Lite Fibre, BFAS and vDFAS installation price changes will be updated on our website by 5 February 2016. All relevant contracts will be updated in due course.
