In-home experience customer survey

In October 2022 we conducted a brief end-user survey on our website for people who completed a speed test on chorus.co.nz. The insights from the survey helped us improve our website's educational resources and optimise the way we present supporting resources to end-users. We plan to personalise these resources to better meet customer requirements in the future. 

Our first in-home survey provided useful information about end-users who were unhappy with their broadband speed test result, but we found many end-users were unsure about their plan/technology. So, we are reinstating the survey and adding an address capture field to verify the information provided by the end-customer in relation to their plan which will help us to further improve supporting resources. The survey will be online until we have 50 responses for each fibre plan (excluding Hyperfibre).

The survey data will be used to better understand and improve customer experience and will not be used for end-customer contact.
