Helping you plan ahead - Chorus Customer Change Roadmap launches

Informer 261: 11 June 2015

This 12-month view of major changes across Chorus' products, networks, systems and operational processes aims to help you plan for any consequential changes within your business.

What's happening?

The Customer Change Roadmap will run in conjunction with our formal information such as Chorus Informers and Change Notifications. When these communications are posted we will add to the roadmap so you get a better view on the progress of each initiative. While we make every effort to ensure the Roadmap will be accurate, it will be subject to change, so we do not recommend that you make changes to your systems or invest in any process changes until formal notification is given.

What's the detail?

We will update the roadmap monthly, highlighting what has changed since the last edition. To keep the document workable, we'll detail the main change initiatives, planned or in-progress, across Chorus but have not included the smaller, more tactical change initiatives, unless these have significant change implications for you.

We will also provide some high level information on each initiative, key dates e.g. project milestones, communications etc.

As with all roadmaps, while we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this information, it is subject to change. We will update you of these changes through the monthly publication of this roadmap.

It’s important to note that the publication of this roadmap doesn't alter any of our formal communications channels. We recommend you don't make changes to your systems, or invest in any process changes, based solely on information contained within this roadmap. We'll still send you Chorus Informers and Change Notifications which you should continue to rely on to make any investment decisions or system changes. To keep up to date with the roadmap please subscribe to the publication by selecting “Change Roadmap” under the “my profile” section on the website.
