Thanks to your feedback during our Wireless Colocation consultation, we’re revising how you book PTN training, and also how you apply for key card access. Our new process starts from 11 September 2017.

What’s changing?

To easily differentiate these orders and ensure the right people action your request, we’re now introducing specific request types - instead of using the generic OO&T ‘Misc. Colocation’.

Supporting details

The new request types are:
•    ‘PTN booking’ which goes directly to our Security Operations Group for processing.
•    ‘Key and card access’ which will now be tagged for priority action.
