We would like to confirm the Chorus network is currently not experiencing any material disruptions as a result of the current severe weather events in Dunedin. Chorus exchanges are operational and have appropriate Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in place.  

Our service partners are practicing standard health and safety precautions where it is unsafe for them to operate, therefore planned install work will be rescheduled in these affected areas. Fault restoration work will continue where there is road access and power. Field resources will be mobilised appropriately to meet the demand if customers begin to report faults in the following weeks.  

We will keep you informed of any Chorus network outages/impact using our Service Events notification channel.
