Diverse Handover Link Port failure notifications

Today if a fibre handover port within a card diverse pair fails, the list of indirectly impacted services you receive contains all associated NGA and Hyperfibre services even though they are still fully operational on the diverse port.

As of Wednesday 27 October 2021, this list of indirectly impacted services will no longer include associated NGA and Hyperfibre services if they are fully operational on the diverse handover port. In keeping with the lower-level severity, a P2 notification will be sent. This change will remove unnecessary notifications.
