In November 2019, we announced the withdrawal of the Order Tracker Web App as part of our focus on simplifying your digital experience and consolidate tools.

This update provides a new confirmed date of Withdrawal for Order Tracker Web App of 30 October 2020.

What’s the details

In April 2016, we launched ‘Install Support and Order Tracker’.

The Order Tracker was one of our first digital apps to market and supported our install support process helping your customers feel informed and in control across the fibre install process.

There are now no active users of this app - the last customer link to the app was sent on 19 August 2020. Order Tracker Web App will be withdrawn as a Chorus tool on 30 October 2020.
