On 16 December 2024 we advised you of the next Big Fibre Boost, upgrading speeds on select plans. We are now able to confirm the dates of the migrations to the new templates and the date of the name changes in our systems.

All existing customers on the affected plans will be migrated to boosted offers between 3 June and 14 June 2025. We’ll be able to share impact lists and a migration schedule closer to the time.

Product offer name changes will be available in EMMA for testing from 9 April 2025 and will be in all systems in Production on 16 June 2025. Technical changes and changes to the service specification can be found in the Big Fibre Boost Implementation Guide (previously shared in the Big Fibre Boost consultation outcomes update in December).

Make sure that your network and websites are ready to support the speed increases and pass this great value on to your customers. Frontline teams’ awareness of the details and your timelines to take advantage of these boosted speeds (depending on when you make the required network changes as per the Implementation Guide linked above).
