Chorus Portal enhancements delayed until the New Year

There is a delay to the delivery date for the Chorus Portal enhancements we’ve been discussing with you.   

What's happening?

Informer 221 issued on 30 October 2014, talked about the enhancements that are being made to the Chorus Portal that will improve your experience.  The delivery date for these enhancements was 8 December 2014. These are now scheduled to be delivered in late January 2015. 

What's the detail?

During our robust testing process we have found a number of issues and after consideration we have decided to push the delivery of these enhancements to the New Year.

The quality of delivery is paramount to us to ensure you get the enhanced customer experience so we need more time to test and refine some of the enhancements before we release them to you.
