We are making changes to our Chorus internet outage map, to improve how we represent an outage.  

These changes will improve the display of impacted areas (shapefiles) and enable enhanced navigation, allowing users to quickly see if their location is within the area and provide a clearer picture of the services affected.

We are also enhancing the detail provided when a user clicks on a specific outage. The user will be able to see key supporting status updates, providing them with visibility of the actions being taken, the nature of the outage, and the expected restoration time/date.

Timeline

These changes will take effect on 26 May 2025.
