We’re pleased to share with you our new installation video series designed to help your customers through the fibre installation process. 

The project came about following cancellation and consumer monitor insights which showed cancellations and reluctance to get fibre was often because of a lack of information on what was involved in the process itself. 

There are six short videos (between 90 seconds – 2 minutes long): 

1. Prepping for installation day
2. How Chorus gets fibre from the street to your house 
3. Where to put the fibre box or ONT in your home  
4. What to do with landline phones and alarms when getting fibre  
5. Fibre installation day and clean up after  
6. Getting connected when fibre box installed (intacts)  

The series will be housed on the Chorus YouTube channel and standalone versions will be on our website. They will also be shared on social media and through other comms channels.  

We encourage you to use these videos in your own communications with customers, to help them through the fibre install process.
