Changing our Fibre Data provisioning emails

We introduced our Enterprise Services Team to support your business customers’ needs better. This has resulted in the updating of some email addresses. These new addresses will help you easily identify and engage the correct operational team. These changes take effect from 8 September 2017.

What’s changing

Listed below are the current email channels, what they’re used for today and their new email addresses.

As we’re merging the ‘Data IC’ and ‘Chorus Data Priority’ mailboxes into one, you’ll need to make a slight process change:

  • For BAU queries – note the change of email address.
  • For Level 1 escalations – note the change of email address and include “Escalation” in the subject line.

To support you through this transition, we’ll set up an auto response and auto forward function until 8 November 2017. We don’t expect any change to our response times as per our escalation criteria. We’ll also update our website to reflect these changes and update our Chorus Escalation App.

Next steps

We know that you’ll need to inform your teams and update your process documentation / escalation channels accordingly. We wanted to give you 30 days’ notice before these email changes take effect. Please contact your service delivery manager with any queries or feedback.
