To improve the performance of our ordering system we are making changes to our archive queues

What's the detail?

We'll be archiving a further four order types from the 30 March 2015. Orders that are over 90 days old will now appear in the archive queues. This means the following order types will be flagged to automatically move into the archive search folder after 90 days:

• Broadband Change Plan
• Broadband Simple Voice Connection
• Broadband Wiring Only
• Broadband Manual Prequalification
• Baseband Connection
• Baseband Disconnection
• Data New Connection
• Data MAC
• Data Relinquishment
• MPF New Connection
• MPF Transfer
• MPF Move Address
• MPF Relinquishment
• Voice New Connection
• Voice Transition
• Voice Add/Remove/Change (Simple)
• Voice Add/Remove/Change (Complex)
• Voice Disconnection
• Wholesale Transition to new Service Provider
• Wholesale Broadband NC – Connection & Wiring
• Wholesale Broadband Move Address
• Wholesale Voice PSD

If you are searching for any of these order types after 90 days, you will need to search in the archive queue rather than the provider queue.
