Capturing feedback on Wireless Colocation
You told us our Wireless Colocation product needed reviewing, to ensure it stays competitive and is operationally fit for purpose. That’s why we simplified the price list and enhanced the core offering. Furthermore, we’re also reviewing operational processes to improve our end-to-end lead times.
Supporting details
We’re providing new product details to existing Wireless Colocation customers for consultation. You’ll find these listed under the Resources section on this page. We're still working on the Operations Manual, and will let you know when that's ready for review. We’re asking for your feedback on these documents by 11 August 2017. We’ll then distribute a finalised contract by 31 August 2017.
For those taking up the offer, we’ll then work with you on a commercial and billing migration plan for your existing Wireless Colocation services.
