Business Simplification – Evolve plans final withdrawal reminder
In March 2024 we formally announced that we will withdraw a number of Evolve plans (eight) from 31 March 2025, to simplify the business portfolio. Given this withdrawal date is almost upon us, we want to provide a final reminder to those who still have connections on these plans, to migrate them to one of our current plans as soon as possible.
These plans will be fully withdrawn shortly after 31 March 2025.

Over the last year, we have been urging RSPs with connections on these plans to migrate as early as possible, to avoid any last-minute issues.
As such, our Customer Engagement team have been working with you on your impact lists and migration plans to make sure that you move these customers to an appropriate Small Business Fibre plan (please see table above) well before the end of March.
There will be a minor outage as per the standard plan change process (usually from a few seconds to a couple of minutes). The date and time for these migrations will be determined by Chorus. We recommend you proactively change your plans (via a scheduled Chorus-automated migration or submit them manually via Chorus Portal) before the end of March to manage your customer expectations appropriately at a date and time you select.
If there are, however, any services still active on these Evolve plans on 31 March 2025, then in the following weeks we will place orders to migrate them to the recommended Small Business Fibre plan as per the table above. The remaining plan changes will be completed at a time that our Customer Operations resources are able to facilitate, no earlier than the week starting 7 April 2025. Your Customer Engagement team will communicate impacted services and Chorus led migration timeframes with you should there be any services remaining on the withdrawn plans as at 31 March 2025.
