Assurance website changes - October 2022

In May, we informed you about changes that we were making to the Assurance website to using three four-hour tech slots per day. 

Since then, we had to delay the implementation of this change to 1 October 2022 due to industry feedback. Further to this, we have had to alter the design slightly. The attached pack provides all the information on the updated layout. 

Please ensure that your developers understand this pack and that any required changes to your systems are done in time to support these new offers and capabilities. Please also ensure that your operational teams understand what this change means for them when booking a fault ticket in order to set a better timeframe expectation with the customer.
