Assurance July system changes

You would have heard about our Field Services Agreements (FSA) change where we have renewed the contracts with our service partners for the next 3-7 years.

You will likely have seen the pack from your Chorus account team that explains what this means to you in terms of fault restoration slots and Tech arrival times.

While we had intended to provide the documentation of the system changes to the Assurance Portal and API, we are currently unable to do so. We are finalising the design at the moment and expect to have a complete detailed pack with screenshots available soon. In the meantime, we can confirm that this will be a major version upgrade for the Assurance API from 1.9 to version 2.0, and there won’t be any change to the RAML.

We are setting up a regular call for those Service Providers currently using version 1.9 of the Assurance API, as well as those currently planning their integration who may also be interested. Please reach out to your Account Team if you need to be included in these sessions.

We hope to have the detailed pack on Assurance Portal changes available in April and will send this out as soon as we can.

Please note that there is no change to the contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs). These system changes are to align to ‘between’ appointment types in the Assure schedules.
