On 19 December 2019 we sent you a request for input to a review of the UBA Operations Manual which Chorus is required to undertake every 24 months by Clause 9 of the UBA STD General Terms. The review started in December 2019 and we sought suggested changes from you on sections of the UBA Operations Manual for review by 28 February 2020. To date no feedback has been received.

If no feedback is received by 30 April, we intend to conclude the review and provide a report to the Commission which does not recommend any changes. However, should we receive any feedback prior to that date we will review and if necessary, convene an industry meeting to discuss.
