On Tuesday 1 December our team will come together for the annual face-to-face internal event, Chorus Day. 

What's happening?

Every year we bring all of Chorus together to hear the vision for the business from Mark and the Executive, which is critical to maintaining our high level of engagement.

We aim to give all Chorus employees the opportunity to attend at least part of the event, so there will be reduced staff on our service desk from 10am until 5.30 pm. We will also be closing our general query phone queues.

While we are working with a slightly reduced workforce we will reply to your emails as normal. If for any unforeseen reason you experience some delays we respectfully ask for your patience and support. Please continue to use the applicable escalation channels as these are BAU.
