End User Terms

Making the agreement process easy for businesses with many premises

Overview

Your business customers can now agree to our End User Terms (EUT) across multiple locations, by signing a single document. This streamlines fibre installations for businesses with many premises.

The multi-site End User Terms (MEUT) allow businesses to install fibre, without on-site contacts needing to agree to commercial terms at each installation site. (Note - they do still need to sign an installation agreement form).

In order for our installation to commence, businesses need  to agree to be bound by the EUTs. The EUTs relate to the installation, use and ownership of the line, and any associated equipment and infrastructure, connecting the sites to Chorus’ wider network.

You'll find copies of our EUT, MEUT and MEUT for multi-dwelling units in the support section. For any queries, get in touch with your Account Manager.
