New Connection – New install
When you are installing a New Connection, you must select either Standard CSE or No CSE required option. This will send a technician to install fibre to the site and install an ONT in the premise.

If you are selecting an Intact Connection & your customer also wants the ONT relocated, you need to select the Standard CSE offer type

Modify or Transfer Order
When you submit a Modify or Transfer order, you will be presented with 4 CSE Offer options.

Once you have selected your order and if you have also selected an associated CSE Offer, you will be able to specify your CSE Options when you get to the Offer Characteristics tab.

The name and contact number of the person we can contact if there is an escalation. |
Rescheduling Permission |
Yes – the technician has authority to reschedule this directly with the end customer No – if the order is not able to be completed, or needs to be rescheduled, it will be put on hold, and contact will need to be made with the end customer to reschedule. |
